At Stay Cozy Wellness Studio, every holistic facial will be an intentional experience, from the personalized consultation to the customization of each treatment. I want every client to feel a sense of peace and serenity.
A selection of herbal teas will be offered upon arrival and each client will have plenty of time to discuss post treatment after care. The retail section is cozy and intimate. Every item has been carefully curated and crafted from the organic skincare to the handmade ceramics.

For those of you who haven’t yet experienced a facial with me, I would love to share a little bit about myself!
I became a licensed esthetician five years ago after deciding that my original career path was not giving me the fulfillment that I was searching for. I knew that I wanted a career in which I could be creative and make a positive impact on people’s lives.
After struggling for many years with disordered eating, low self esteem, and an inability to care for my body and mind, I knew that a long healing journey was ahead of me.
I left my corporate career and traveled with no idea of what my next move would be. It felt like a massive leap of faith. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Indonesia and pursued additional training in India. From there, I decided to pursue a career in esthetics and completed my education program that year.
Eventually, I decided that holistic esthetics was the path that felt true to me.
I wanted to heal my clients’ skin by addressing the root causes of their skin conditions. During my time in India, I learned about Ayurveda, an ancient Indian medical system that takes a holistic approach to physical and mental health. The teachings and rituals of Ayurveda is something that I wanted to incorporate into my treatments.
I worked as a licensed esthetician in New York for four years before moving to North Carolina. In that time, I was trained by some of the most renowned estheticians, medical spa owners and skincare educators in New York.
I hope that Stay Cozy Wellness Studio will bring you as much joy and peace as it has brought me.

buccal Facial
90 Minutes
This holistic facial will be customized using the Mukti Organics, Oak Essentials, and Protéger professional lines. This 90 minute intentional facial will focus on the buccal massage technique, which will simultaneously massage the inside and outside of the face to help lift, tone and plump the skin. The buccal intraoral technique is great for TMJ, jaw tension, inflammation under the chin, and puffiness. It also helps to open up the space in the jaw area.
Included: ice rolling, scalp massage, decollate, arm & hand massage, and a restorative LED therapy treatment to help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and stimulate collagen production.
Lymphatic Facial
75 Minutes
This all-inclusive holistic facial will be customized using the Mukti Organics, Oak Essentials, and Protéger professional lines. This 75 minute intentional facial will include a double cleanse, exfoliation under steam, an extensive facial massage, facial cupping, gua sha massage, extractions, and a gentle detoxifying treatment mask. The facial will conclude with the application of an eye cream, serum and moisturizer.
Included: ice rolling, scalp massage, decollate, arm & hand massage, and a restorative LED therapy treatment to help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and stimulate collagen production.
